Welcome to our project’s Comenius home page.

    We have taken part in a 3 year school development project in order to come up with “Guidelines to develop a good ethical practice for an effective learning
    school.” We started out with 5 participating schools from Britain (special school), Lithuania (primary school), Germany (realschule/middle school), Italy
    (junior secondary school (later primary school too) and Norway (special school). Unfortunately the British school had to leave the project after the first year.

    Our school development project has focused on the daily circumstances where students and teachers interact in a various number of situations. How do we
    solve problems with social deprived children, intolerance, lack of responsibility, behavior without respect to each other? How do we meet and treat different
    traditional and culture heritage in our daily work at school with students? By regarding these topics we will try to develop a concept that might enable both
    students and teachers to work in a good atmosphere of human understanding and ethic acceptance. All of us have to learn to behave by accepting different
    codes of ethics and social divergences.

    Our project will give us the possibility and the feeling to recognize that we have a lot of challenges in common.
